Patient-specific solutions for orthognathic surgery: splints, 3D-printed surgical guides and custom implants.

Orthognathic surgery corrects relationships between the upper and lower jaws — for functional bite, breathing, and facial proportions. Our role is the digital part: planning, splints, surgical guides, and patient-specific implants when needed.
The surgeon sets the goals. Our bioengineers segment the CT, build the virtual osteotomy, validate it with the surgeon, then 3D-print splints and guides in medical-grade resin (and titanium plates where indicated). The operation goes by the plan.
First consultation — complexity assessment, planning scope, indicative timeline. Military patients via Doctors for Heroes — out of queue.
